The top-class “ŠARVUVA Thermo” door is a particularly warm and safe certified outdoor door that ensures the necessary properties such as minimum thermal permeability, tightness, sound insulation, moisture resistance and reliability. This door corresponds to the A++ energy efficiency class. The heat transfer coefficient of this door is U 0.78 W/(m²·K), therefore, the coldest days of the year will not cause any worries.
The “Thermo” door frame is 130mm wide, made of steel rectangular profile 80x40x1.5. The frame is filled with stone wool, the inner side is warmed with extruded polystyrene “Styrodur” 20mm. The inner casings are made of Okoume with two milled gaskets for maximum heat resistance results. The door threshold is double, with a spacer of two types of dimensions, 33 mm high or 53 mm high. The outer casings are made of Okoume, the width of the casing is selected according to needs.
The “THERMO” door leaf is 90mm wide, made of steel rectangular profile 40x40x2 and 1.5mm steel sheet around the entire perimeter of the leaf. Okoume painted trim panels are attached to the sash on both sides. The sash is filled with 42mm stone wool and 20mm thick extruded polystyrene “Styrodur”. A P-profile gasket is glued on the perimeter of the sash. If a glass package is required, a 4-glass, 60 mm glass package with thermal frames is installed.
