ŠARVUVA 1 door is a simple construction type exterior door with a heat transfer resistance of 1.2W/(m²·K) corresponding to A++ energy efficiency class. “Šarvuva 1” doors are usually built in economical or old houses, farmhouses or other buildings where the maximum effect of heat transmission is not sought.
ŠARVUVA 1 door frame is 72mm wide, made of steel rectangular profile 60x40x1.5. The frame is filled with stone wool. The inner borders are made of selected finishing panels with a glued 12x14mm spacer. The door threshold is made single as standard, without an additional gasket, but it is possible to make a double threshold with an additional glued gasket to improve the efficiency of thermal resistance.
ŠARVUVA 1 door leaf is 65mm wide, made of steel rectangular profile 40x20x2 and 1.5mm steel sheet around the entire perimeter of the leaf. Okoume painted, MDF painted or MDF with PVC film finishing panels are attached to the sash on both sides. The sash is filled with 42mm stone wool. A P-profile gasket is glued on the perimeter of the sash. If a glass package is required, a 3-glass, 42 mm glass package is installed.
