Metal doors are economy-class exterior doors adapted to extreme circumstances, mostly used in commercial buildings, warehouses, garages, basements, entrances to multi-apartment staircases, etc.
Metal door frame can be made of two types: 60mm or 80mm wide, made of steel rectangular profile. The frame is filled with stone wool. If better sealing is required, the door can be manufactured with internal profiles on which are glued sealing gaskets.
METAL door leaf is 44mm wide, made of steel rectangular profile 40x20x2 and 2mm steel sheet on the outside and 1.5mm sheet on the inside. The sash is filled with 42mm stone wool. A P-profile gasket is glued on the perimeter of the sash. If a glass package is needed, a 3-glass, 40 mm glass package is installed.
